I title this GRAW crash fix but its really GRAW more stable fix, much more stable.
Spirit needs to read this.
1) I have 2 GIG of ram but if you have 1 GIG then it will be ok to do this.....Have no swap in windows I'm running XP Pro.
You don't need a swap file with all that memory.
2) I have a card that can run this game full gfx but I set it to med gfx.
3) My upload is 400 kbs but I set this in game to 128kbs.
4) Make sure your hard drive defraged.
5) If the game does crash more than twice, reboot the computer this seems to work.
All this this mean less data traveling thru internet connection, and a crash from the swap file when explosion happens as the hard drive the slowest part of the machine and I worked out GRAW use 400mb swap file approx for this game.
